How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

In stock items will ship within 24 hours of purchase, generally arriving withing 1-2 days. Custom orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks of purchase.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

shipped via local airlines (Family of Islands) you are required to pickup at local airport . For local orders curbside or in store pickup available. Delivery available by third party company for an extra charge.

Do You Ship Internationally?

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please contact us directly for any changes needed after order status has changed to processing.

Can I get same day delivery?

All orders placed before 12 noon can be picked up same day. For Family Islands orders, delivery depends on availability of flights and orders must be placed before 9am for possibility of receiving the same day.

What if I need to modify my order?

Please contact us to cancel immediately so that you can place new order. If not canceled within 1 hour of placing we will proceed with order as is.

As soon as your item ships we will send an email with your tracking number. Or, if you have created an account, you can check your order status through your account page.
